Valuable resources

  • NOW AVAILABLE! Learn more about the DHHS program designed to support those aging out of foster care or being discharged into independent living.

  • NRS and Greyhound are partners in the Home Free program, which grants free Greyhound bus tickets to youth who have run away but wish to come home.

  • Get a better understanding of your benefits under the new health care law.

  • Fill out a form about yourself or a young person you're working with to tell us the types of services you need to meet your goals. Our Central Access Navigator will work with you to develop a customized network of services that will meet you unique needs.

  • The Navigating the Road to Health Youth Course is intended to assist current foster youth in gaining knowledge and skills they will need as they move out of the foster care system and into independent living as a young adult. It will also serves as a valuable resource for former foster youth who have already left the system, but can benefit from the skills and knowledge provided through course. The Course addresses five chosen content areas: daily living, education, career, health, and finance. In additional, youth who complete the course will receive a $25 gift card.
