Untypical

The typical 19-year-old makes mistakes, needs advice and could use some support from a caring adult. There are more than 300 19-year-olds who age out of the Nebraska foster care system each year and many more involved in juvenile justice or experiencing homeslessness, and they all need the same kind of support other young adults are getting from their families.

The only difference is they had no one to go to for help—until now.

Project Everlast is an initiative committed to providing resources, connections, and support to young adults without family support. Project Everlast’s young adult services help ensure a smooth transition to adulthood. Our goal is to empower them to build successful lives as independent adults.

Project Everlast is now part of the BRIDGE Family Resource Connector Network.
