Project Everlast has rounded out its offerings in Omaha, and is expanding to communities across Nebraska, with these key components: Youth Engagement Central access Transitional services Opportunity Passport Permanency services Support Services Fund Education & Career Pathways This dynamic and innovative plan, when launched, became Project Everlast. Project Everlast promotes using community resources to improve youth’s opportunities and networks for:

Housing Transportation Health care Education Employment Daily living Personal and community engagement Policy training and education

Project Everlast works to help foster youth establish lifelong connections. These youth deserve the advice, support and community built for typical teens. They need people, like you, to count on as they navigate to independence. you can be a lifelong connection for Omaha's foster youth. Get involved!
