Shelby Wolf, Central Access Navigator
Shelby Wolf serves as a Central Access Navigator at Project Everlast Omaha. She graduated in 2022 from University of Nebraska at Omaha with her bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Shelby brings over 10 years of experience working within the field of developmental disabilities. In addition, she also has developed case management skills from Sarpy County Community Corrections in Mental Health Case Management and is currently serving as a Shared Living Provider. Shelby enjoys living in Omaha with her husband, Ryan, sons Hudson and Apollo, and their dog Maddie, and is looking forward to building meaningful relationships within the community to facilitate positive changes in the lives of young people.
