Building on workshop one, participants will widen their focus on internal and interpersonal racism to include systems-level expressions. How do models of oppression replicate in our family, work, social, and civic communities? What is the relationship of internal and interpersonal to institutional and structural? How does media consumption impact this? We will begin to introduce concepts of accountability and allyship.
