This workshop will root participants in foundational definitions of common equity and inclusion language. Participants will begin examining how racism is expressed at the individual level. We will collectively unpack concepts of social identity, oppression and privilege, race, racism, white fragility, and intersectionality. Participants will examine how fragility shows up in themselves and will learn strategies for recognizing fragility and diffusing it in the moment.
