This is the easiest way to find resources for youth in foster care in your area. We’ve compiled the best, most relevant services for each region. Questions? Contact your area council for more information.


Valuable resources

  • NOW AVAILABLE! Learn more about the DHHS program designed to support those aging out of foster care or being discharged into independent living.

  • NRS and Greyhound are partners in the Home Free program, which grants free Greyhound bus tickets to youth who have run away but wish to come home.

  • Get a better understanding of your benefits under the new health care law.

  • Fill out a form about yourself or a young person you're working with to tell us the types of services you need to meet your goals. Our Central Access Navigator will work with you to develop a customized network of services that will meet you unique needs.

  • "Navigating the Road to Health" is designed to help prepare teenage foster youth for success by developing independent living skills. The content presented is for youth ages 14+ and contains helpful information on how to find housing and employment, explore education options, manage their finances, and lead a healthy lifestyle. Be sure to check out the Resources on the left side of this page as well. These are items that all youth need to know how to do!
